Hello reader. The following is taken straight from a forum thread that I've posted today:
While working on a 3d project of mine, I realized that I might have chained an iron ball to my ankles by not using a decent model sheet to guide me through the process. All I had to work with was a side portrait of a head to create a full body of a 3d character (the body I got from somewhere else). This was a very, very difficult process but would like to get a feel as to how much better I could have been with a good model sheet to work with. Something like the following layouts would do:
www.deviantart.com/art/Verrus-…
rusty001.deviantart.com/art/So…
johnnydwicked.deviantart.com/a…
lucid-crimson.deviantart.com/a…
Basically, a front and side view of your character would suffice.
So, I am willing to create a 3d model, provided a model sheet like one of the above, for anyone for free as long I get credit for the 3d interpretation of your 2d drawing. Due to certain constraints, I may have time for only one and two and may not be able to create movable joins/bones for the character.
Also, I have certain standards (i.e. no bronies or ridiculously hard-to-model characters with 6+ limbs, for an example).
UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 20th:
As of now, I am no longer supporting the offer because of work and time constraints that are coming up.

New 3d Fractal animation on youtube - WQHD
Link to youtube video: https://youtu.be/o2VwxJjinbg A two minute and 40 second long 3d animation at 30FPS. Last half of the video is a reverse playback of the animation itself so, there's that. Also going to upload still images from the animation itself soon as wallpapers. 3d Fractal Space animation - 30FPS - QHD/WQHD (Quad HD) / 1440p Rendered in Mandelbulb 3d using the _FoldingTetra3d and SierpHilbert formulas, for those experienced with the software. The images were then compiled in Blender 3d, with the last half being a reverse playback of the same images. Originally meant to be run at 24 FPS so it might be a little too fast for some viewers. The software can be downloaded for free at: https://www.mandelbulb.com/2014/mande... #fractal #youtube #animation #fractals #trippy #space #3d #cgi #abstract #music

First Journal Feature, June 18th 2019, Fractals
Hello everyone,
This is going to be my first feature of various artworks from other artists and I want to see if it's going to work. Here are some fractal works from my most recent favorites:
Next time, it's going to be 3d characters / sculpts. Here's a preview of one of them:
Notes For Downloadable Wallpaper Use
EDIT: 07/11/2019 - Improved the grammar
A lot of these notes were taken from http://axiomdesign.deviantart.com/ 's own journal entry, slightly modified.
Most of my desktop wallpapers already have a sort of Creative Commons licenses with some conditions. However, I also have a few additional requests which are similar to Axiom's:
